Productivity project

 

Now that the productivity project in our organization is almost complete, I would like to let you know that I am very satisfied with what has been achieved at our company.

Our organization, with its multitude of completely different activities and its social objectives that differ from normal business, has proven to be no obstacle to achieving significant improvements, both in economic terms and in the mentality of most employees.

I have a lot of respect for the way in which Mark Van Rompaey has operated in our companies. He has worked with us at all levels in the organization in a particularly pleasant, efficient and cooperative manner and has opened many eyes.

At the end of the project, where the improvements set at the beginning have been amply achieved, we are tasked with continuing and expanding the results. Although this will not be easy, I have full confidence that we will succeed with our two coordinators, who were trained during the project.
