  • A new sale starts with an initial phone call.
  • The job consists of making cold telephone calls with executives of large companies located all over Europe. Your aim is to set meetings between a decision maker of the potential client and one of our sales people.
  • As a basis, we provide solid training about our business, which is essential to be able to have a high-quality conversation.
  • Vocum will provide you with lists of contacts of decision makers of big companies. Adapted to the sector, you will use scripts to guide you through a phone call.
  • Then you get to work: you ensure that the diaries of the sales people remain filled with appointments for meetings.


  • You have excellent communication skills. Experience in making cold calls by phone is an advantage.
  • You are persuasive on the phone and don’t take “no” for an answer. Through perseverance and patience you will eventually succeed in achieving results.
  • You show initiative and can organize your work yourself.
  • You are fluent in English.


  • You work under the supervision of one of the partners who is responsible for permanent on-the-job coaching and follow-up.
  • Internally you will function in a small team of result-oriented colleagues where you are vital for the further development of our business.
