JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for people to work with in a project team led by a project director; In concrete terms, this means full-time commitment to our customers.
• During the development phase, an improved way of working is determined.
• You will analyze processes, organizational chart, management system and managerial behavior and change them where necessary.
• These changes are implemented with a “hands-on” attitude together with the customer in order to generate the proposed improvements based on the Vocum methodology.
• You will be trained by us “on the job”. Depending on your profile, experience and the speed with which you get to grips with our system, you will quickly be given the appropriate responsibilities.
• We are currently looking for a number of employees for both Belgium and the Netherlands.
• We select based on a number of properties:
  • Degree: University or equivalent – ​​preferably a degree in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, Industrial Engineer or Civil Engineer. No experience is required, as we provide full training ourselves
  • Result-oriented: We deliver measurable and lasting improvements to our customers. This requires energy, persistence and common sense
  • Personal skills: Team player – both within the Vocum team and towards the customer. This requires excellent communication skills. Our people must be able to “sell” ideas convincingly and substantiated
  • Analytical ability: Strong analytical insight to optimize processes, systems and organizational forms. We are looking for people who are critical. Important changes for our customers are often initiated by questioning existing, at first sight logical situations or working methods. Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint is required
