As we have come to the end of the Vocum project, we would like to thank Vocum for the positive and professional contribution it has made to our company over the past months.

Together with you, we have achieved a large number of points. We have summarised the most important ones below:

• A new communication and reporting structure was developed, from the shop floor to the management — for example, operational problems and improvements are now discussed in a structured way on a daily basis, with concrete actions planned and followed up.
• The supervisors on the shop floor showed insufficient leadership behaviour. Classroom training using role play tailored to the supervisors' needs, as well as on-the-job coaching, has enabled them to manage, follow up, assess and proactively guide their people better.
• A staff planning tool was developed based on realistic standards and forecast workload. As a result, supervisors plan staff in a very cost-conscious way, which has a direct impact on productivity.
• The involvement of the people on the floor was greatly increased by having them make improvement proposals themselves and implementing a large part of them. This also led to an improvement in job satisfaction.
