Approach
You achieve lasting improvement only when both processes and leadership move with it. That is why we combine process change with coaching of your management.
How we work together
From first meeting to anchored results
Introductory meeting
We establish the needs, align expectations, confirm scope, tour your operations and identify high-impact opportunities.
Two-week analysis
We follow operations across full shifts, quantify the potential and present a clear, fact-based plan.
Implementation project
We work side-by-side on processes, leadership and systems to ensure improvements are adopted, owned, and sustained.
At the point of execution
More than 80% of all costs accumulate at the point of execution.
So that’s exactly where we work — alongside your frontline teams on the floor — anchoring change that’s carried both top-down and bottom-up.
The analysis
What does an analysis involve?
The analysis is the diagnostic part of the process. In two weeks we determine where your improvement potential lies and what it is worth in euros. To know where the bottlenecks lie, we spend 80% of our time following operations on the floor. We observe workflows, planning, reporting, meetings and leadership, quantify the savings potential and present a clear, fact-based plan.
At the end, you decide whether or not to accept our project proposal.

What we examine
For two weeks we follow the work on the floor — across departmental boundaries, because we look not only at what happens within a department, but also at how departments work together.
- Employee productivityWe map how much of the available time actually goes into value-adding work, and where and why time is lost — at both the human and machine level.
- Setup and processesWe take a critical look at how the work runs today and where unnecessary movement, waiting time and waste sit — often grown over the years and never questioned since.
- Management skills of the supervisorsWe assess how first-line leaders and middle managers steer today, and where coaching will have the most effect on day-to-day operations.
- Existing steering mapped outWe assess whether the existing planning, follow-up and meetings genuinely support the floor — or actually create noise, delay and confusion.
- The savings potential in eurosWe determine the offered ROI (annual savings versus project cost) and draw up a concrete project plan to realise that potential, in line with your strategy.

Three Tracks, One Integrated Approach
We work simultaneously across three complementary tracks — processes, leadership and management system. Only when they reinforce each other do teams shift from reactive firefighting to proactive, everyday improvement.

Streamlining Processes
A large part of your improvement potential sits in processes that once made sense but now work against you — we streamline them and, where necessary, redesign them.
