Struyck Verwo Aqua

Stradus Aqua and Struyck Verwo Aqua are market leaders in the field of sewerage systems and drainage systems respectively. In addition, Stradus Aqua is also a leading specialist in water treatment.

To safeguard the continuity of the entire company, we started a productivity project together with Vocum. Together with Vocum, we structurally changed several things, of which some examples are given below:

• A new organisational structure was set up, with the managers standing closer to the floor, where the money is earned.
• A culture change towards continuous improvement and involving all employees in it was set in motion.
• On a number of machines and workstations, we managed to work with fewer people, which subsequently led to more innovation.
• A new communication structure was implemented, aiming for maximum productivity through problem-solving and cooperation.
• A virtually paperless process was developed and implemented within the internal sales department.
• At various workstations, performance was improved by setting standards more sharply and increasing cooperation across departments.
