Kegro Deuren

In its pursuit of continuous improvement, Kegro Deuren decided to work with Vocum on increasing productivity within production. Through observations on the shop floor and close collaboration with process owners, processes were optimised, machine efficiency increased and non-value-adding activities eliminated. In addition, a management system was jointly developed to strengthen planning, follow-up and reporting using relevant KPIs.

Halfway through the project, the focus shifted to scaling up production efficiently. This objective was achieved by making the limiting factors visible and tackling them in a targeted way.
