In its drive for continuous improvement, Kegro Deuren partnered with Vocum to boost productivity on the production floor. Through on-site observations and close collaboration with process owners, workflows were optimized, machine efficiency improved, and non-value-adding activities eliminated. In addition, a management system was jointly developed to strengthen planning, follow-up, and reporting using relevant KPIs.

Halfway through the project, the focus shifted toward scaling up production efficiently. This goal was achieved by identifying the key limiting factors and addressing them in a targeted way.
